Four Laws of Spirituality

Today I want to share something very special with you. I want to share the 4 Laws of Spirituality as practiced by us Hindus. Now, this list is not absolute. It is a consolidated summary of the teachings of various spiritual masters. No matter what religion you follow or what/how you practice, the truth is that there is an underlying current that connects us all. These laws can be applied to any situation and adapted by any person. I hope they serve you as well as they’ve served me.

1. “The person who comes is the right person,”

Meaning that no one comes into our lives by chance, all the people around us, interacting with us, they are there for something and for something, to help us learn, evolve and advance in each situation.

2. “What happens is the only thing that could have happened.”

Nothing, absolutely nothing happens to us in our lives might have been otherwise. Even the smallest detail. There is no “if I had done such a thing had happened about another …”. No. What happened was the only thing that could have happened, the best thing that could have happened and had to be well to learn that lesson and move on. Each and every one of the situations that happen in our lives are perfect, but our mind and ego will resist and refuse to see the positive side have also had.

3. “Anytime you start something, that’s the right time.”

It all starts at the right time, not before or after. When we are ready for something new in our lives, it is just at this point that it is created. Every moment in your life happens only when it has to happen. Only when you are prepared, it will happen.

4. “When something ends, it ends.”

The end arrives to allow something else to happen in your life. In other words, the
moments in your life are line up and they happen like in a Domino effect. Something has to end, to let something else begin. This is how evolution occurs. You have to learn to let something go, so you can enriched your life, with experience and wisdom.

I, personally, live by these 4 laws. To me, there are absolute truths of the Universe. I think I can coin my adaptive personality to these four pillars. Once you believe in them, and I mean truly believe in them past the point of shaken faith you will see the world in a different light. You will no longer use the word “coincidence” or “regret”. You will fall in love with new people on a regular basis, you will experience gratitude on an hourly basis, you will forgive easier and you will let go of the past.

Let me illustrate with this post alone:

Somehow, I came into your life (through this blog) and you ended up right here, right now, reading this precise post.

And if you are reading this today, it is because this was meant to reach you today, for some reason. Maybe, because you’re meant to learn something or interpret something, maybe you’re meant to share it with someone else. I don’t want to limit the scope.

Be happy and cherish each moment because they are each truly unique.
